Convinced that close links between companies, alumni and students are essential to promote access to the job market and professional success, EBI has set up the Career Center, a set of employment services dedicated to EBIsts.
The actors
The Head of Corporate Relations, the Head of Studies, the Head of Internships, Professors, Tutors, Coaches and Alumni work together on a daily basis within the School of Biology to promote the link between companies, teaching and students. Everything is done to multiply the opportunities of connection between the professional world and the future graduates.
Since 2017, the school has been carrying the operational work of the alumni association. The
alumni
support students and research through scholarships and honorary loans, intervene in teaching and act with young entrepreneurs to guide their career.
Courses dedicated to career management, with regular role-playing: oral expression, CV, Linkedin profile, cover letter, recruitment interviews, networking.
Thanks to the JobTeaser partnership, the EBI has its own online platform for disseminating offers, which centralises all the internship / work-study opportunities from partner companies.
The GPS of orientation to decipher the career paths of Alumni and project themselves, thanks to the analysis of data communicated on social networks.
Annual EBIconnect® business forum, scientific days, coaching sessions with recruitment professionals, job fairs.
Integration into the network of the 2,900 alumni of the School of Biology, from the 3rd year of study, constitutes an excellent networking lever to accelerate the professional integration of students.
