The EBI Scientific Days

For nearly 30 years, the EBI has been innovating in the field of biology education and training, as well as in its scientific approach in all fields of industrial biology. Every year, the EBI organizes a “Scientific Day”, a privileged moment of meeting between all the stakeholders of the establishment under the sign of research and development.

Experts at the service of R&D

An annual scientific and technical event, the School’s Scientific Days integrate the research and innovation work of the students, professors and PhD students of the EBInnov® laboratory, and of its industrial and academic partners from all the biology courses at EBI. They deal with topical issues and contribute to the emergence of new solutions to solve industrial R&D and technology transfer problems.

Through conferences, thematic workshops, round tables and scientific posters, the framework is conducive to scientific exchanges and the emergence of collaborative projects to accelerate innovation.

Scientific Day on January 22, 2021

Covid did not stop our students’ projects and creativity, quite the contrary! A great moment in the life of the School, the 2021 Edition of the Science Day has shown a beautiful health, immunized by our enthusiasm. The event was held on Friday, January 22 in the morning on our campus in Cergy and/or in remote mode (hybrid mode).

On the program:

  • The Biotech Research Axis Teacher-Researchers Conference: overview of EBInnov® antimicrobial know-how, applications to bioindustries
  • The EBI Scientific Day prize where the end-of-studies projects of engineering students are discovered and evaluated: Research and Application, Design and Development, Process and Production, Quality and Regulation, Marketing and Management.
