The EBI House, EBI’s own student residence, opened in September 2023.

The EBI house offers students a peaceful setting in which to study, while being in the immediate vicinity of the EBI campus. This location also provides easy access to the city’s amenities, such as shopping centers, restaurants and sports facilities. What’s more, the residence benefits from excellent transport links, with bus and train services quickly connecting Cergy to Paris and other major cities. This privileged location makes EBI House an ideal place to live for the school’s students.
Shared kitchens
Shared kitchens are essential living spaces, combining practicality, economy and conviviality, while enriching the student experience. Designed to encourage social interaction, these kitchens allow residents to prepare their own meals while socializing with their peers. Equipped with everything they need, they offer a practical and welcoming environment. The shared kitchens are often the scene of gastronomic evenings, group meals and mutual culinary assistance, reinforcing the sense of community within the residence.
Friendly spaces
The social areas, equipped with table soccer and comfortable sofas, are essential to residents’ social lives. These spaces offer a relaxed setting where students can meet up, relax and make new friends. These spaces are designed to be havens of relaxation, helping you to unwind after class. They play a key role in students’ well-being by providing social and recreational opportunities, essential for maintaining a healthy balance between academic obligations and personal life.
Studios
The rooms are designed to provide students with a private, comfortable space in which to study and rest. Equipped with a bed, desk, storage space and private bathroom, they meet residents’ essential needs. Some rooms can also include a private kitchen, adding an extra level of comfort. In short, the rooms are functional, customizable spaces, designed to offer students a comfortable, serene environment, essential for their academic success and personal fulfillment.
Roommates
Shared rooms for 3 or 4 people offer a unique living experience, combining privacy and conviviality. Each flatmate has his or her own sleeping and storage space, while common areas such as the living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. This configuration encourages social interaction and creates strong bonds between residents. Living in a shared apartment teaches students to share responsibilities, cooperate and respect each other’s habits and needs.
A reception
Reception is the beating heart of community life. Much more than just an administrative office, it’s a place where residents can meet, exchange ideas and receive support. Staffed by a friendly and helpful team, the reception is on hand to answer students’ needs, whether for administrative questions, practical advice or just a chat. In addition to its social functions, the reception area is also responsible for security and day-to-day management of the residence. It is often the point of contact in the event of an emergency or technical problem, guaranteeing residents’ well-being and peace of mind.
Services (€€)
The laundry service (extra charge) offers a valuable and practical convenience. Equipped with washing machines and dryers, these facilities enable residents to take care of their laundry with ease, without having to invest in their own equipment or visit a public laundromat. Although there is a charge for this service, it is offered at affordable rates, taking into account students’ budgetary constraints. What’s more, it offers added comfort by eliminating the hassle of laundry and allowing residents to concentrate on their studies and extra-curricular activities.

Rates vary according to the type of accommodation chosen. The EBI House offers a range of prices to suit different student budgets, in line with the prices charged in Cergy and the surrounding area.
Rates are all-inclusive: electricity, heating, internet – no surprises!
