Research has long been part of the EBI’s DNA. As a leading engineering school in biology, it is constantly innovating, driven by its teams of research professors and its partnerships with companies.
Research at EBI
Research at the EBI revolves around 2 axes: Galenics and Biotechnology. They are developed within the EBInnov® Research Unit, located in the heart of the campus.
Closely associated with the training of its biology students, EBInnov® is EBI's own research unit.
EBInnov® Galenics contributes to the development of innovative products for health and well-being, with the conviction that sensoriality plays a considerable part in the success of an innovation.
EBInnov® Biotechnology has the capacity to produce and extract biomolecules and to evaluate their biological properties.
Since its creation within the School of Biology, the EBInnov® Research Unit has been designing and proposing partnership research projects for the Bio-Industries, relying on its team of high-level experts.
The EBInnov® Research Unit is led by Professor Anne-Marie Pensé-Lhéritier, Doctor of Pharmacy, qualified to direct research (HDR). All our researchers' publications are referenced on the ORCID website, along with their CVs.
