Assistanat Day 2024
Our students at EBI have had the chance to become actively involved in academic life by becoming, on a voluntary basis, assistants to a teacher or administrative member for one or two semesters. This scheme embodies the fundamental values of our institution: commitment, responsibility and collaboration. It has enabled our talented young people to immerse themselves in specific projects, highlighting their skills, creativity and dedication.
Practical experience
By becoming assistants, our students not only deepened their theoretical knowledge, but were also able to apply it in a practical setting, one of the pillars of EBI. This experience has enabled them to work on a variety of assignments, and these responsibilities have fostered the development of essential skills such as teamwork, time management and problem-solving, which are perfectly in line with our educational approach.
Discovering Assistanat projects
Today, we had the pleasure of discovering the posters detailing the assistantship projects carried out last semester. A testament to the creativity and ingenuity of our students, these posters present a glimpse of the achievements and impact of their contributions. Each unique project illustrates not only the students’ hard work, but also their ability to innovate and adapt to the challenges they face – values we encourage at EBI.
Momentum for the future
This initiative has enriched the students’ academic careers while creating a strong bond between staff and EBIsts. Teachers and administrative staff have benefited from the support of these motivated students, while the latter have gained valuable experience that will prepare them for the professional world. This synergy illustrates our commitment to training leaders capable of making a positive contribution to society.
