EBI’s pedagogy relies largely on the management of innovative projects defined with the help of the students. The skills associated are identified around three major themes: Techniques, Project Management and Management. Thus, our engineering students come up with over 70 projects per year. The principles of the learning program implemented for the development of the entrepreneurial skills are used to document innovations: Economy and Business, Integrated Management, Discovering different types of personalities and Company creation. This strategy was established in 1992 when EBI was founded. Since that, EBI has been able to gain national and international recognition. Our school has thus taken part in several innovation competitions in the Environment, Agribusiness, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical industries, all of which are key sectors.
Over the last two years EBI has taken part in 10 different competitions and won 13 awards
Incubation: future managers…
if we exclude the innovative projects conducted as part of the academic career, entrepreneurship mobilises 20% of the engineer graduates (certified CTI data) with 134 students and young alumni pre-incubated and incubated or having created their own company.
